We can refund the cost of the item purchased up to 7 days upon receipt of the same item. We will refund the cost upon receipt of the very same item, in pristine conditions, and re-sellable conditions (no seals broken, same packaging, item not been used). 

Due to the nature of many of the items for sale such as crystals and incense, it is not always possible to have indicated in the picture the exact item as being a nautral product color, size and appearance may vary.

If in doubt, please ask for a picture of the exact item to be sent out, before purchasing.
