What is the currency accepted in India?
The Indian Rupee is the currency in India. At arrival you can exchange cash (Rupees are normally not available outside of India) or withdraw cash from one of the many ATMs. Credit Cards are accepted in many places if you intend to do much shopping. Check with your card provider the conditions and charges of use abroad.
Is it required to have certain vaccinations and which ones?
We suggest to consult with your own Doctor as he will have your own medical history and he will give the best suggestions.
What about insurance?
We suggest to take out a Travel Insurance – usually the yearly memberships are cheaper than the one-time ones. If you have a private Health insurance, check if and how your policy can cover the trip.
Will it be expensive to use my own mobile?
Check with your Mobile Provider for roaming charges. There is WiFi Coverage in all the hotels and other public places, which will allow the use of voice apps such as Skype and WhatsApp. If you prefer to use the traditional phone system, you can purchase a local SIM card once arrived (make sure that your phone is unlocked). Do I need a Visa to travel to India?
Most likely, Yes. The Indian Government has introduced many facilities for the Visa application, check with the Indian Embassy in your Country or check the Indian Visa Online web-page
I’m a single traveller but willing to share
Just let us know your preferences and will try our best to match yours with other participants' ones. If possible, we will introduce each other before the travelling dates.
Do I have to attench each class or activity?
No, all classes and activities are voluntary. So if you prefer to take time off for yourself, to suit your physical and mental necessities, do!
Can I bring a friend / partner who does not wish to participate to the activities?
Yes – everybody is welcome! All classes are voluntary and there many activities and / or relaxation to enjoy in the locations. For a different quotation on price please Contact Us
I’m not experienced in yoga or meditation, can I still attend the retreat?
Yes of course – our Retreats are for all levels. We’ve had many beginners and many with different experiences of these practices. We prefer to keep the number of participants small to better personalize the classes.
What should I wear? Can I bring my bikini?

How do I join?
Sign up by using the “Bookings” link on the menu sidebar or any “Online Booking” link on each Retreat’s Page. Clicking on the button will bring you to an online form to be filled in with your details. There is also an option with an online payment through a Paypal. Your space will be reserved and we will be in touch via email with few and simple follow-up steps.
